Call for Papers
ICASCA - 2026 invites submissions on all facets of Smart Computing and Applications for an enhanced and intelligent environment.
The primary subjects of the conference are Machine Cognition, Data-Driven Intelligence, Data Excavation, and Data Engineering.

Paper Submission
The authors are invited to submit the Full papers of the Research/Review Papers.
The papers will be peer-reviewed and only the accepted and registered papers will be considered for presentation during the conference and publication in the proceedings.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.
The papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through the Microsoft CMT portal.

Review Process
- All submitted papers will be judged based on their quality and relevance through double-blind review process, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers.
- As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own.
- Common sense and careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity.
- Papers that do not conform to our double-blind submission policy will be rejected without review.
